Envoy Lighting, Inc. is an independent web-based marketing group representing OEM commercial and industrial lighting manufacturers throughout the United States. Envoy offers quality commercial and industrial lighting fixtures direct at aggressive, competitive pricing levels to directly compete with other on-line lighting outlets and lighting manufacturers with competing products.
Envoy Lighting specifically caters to commercial and industrial lighting manufacturers representatives and agencies and lighting distributors. We do not sell direct to the public. All sales are managed through lighting reps/agents in specific territories. Please follow this guide to use Envoy Lighting as a valuable resource for your commercial and industrial lighting needs. How to shop envoylighting.com For Commercial & Industrial Lighting Manufacturers Reps and Distributors The first thing to do is register! Click the “Register button at the upper left of the home page under “Product Search. After a brief screening process (usually 24 hours or less), we’ll authenticate your Username and Password to login to your Envoy Lighting site and you’ll be on your way! The local Envoy Lighting rep will be notified. Unfortunately, we do not sell direct to non-commercial end-users. If you need a lighting or electrical contractor, we would be glad to recommend one in your area. Just email us via “Contact Us. If you have questions at any time about our website or products, please contact us. Finding Products A great place to start using envoylighting.com is our home page. Here you'll find our latest featured product offers and site features. You can use the Product Search categories on the left side of the page ("Fluorescent Lighting", "Linear Pendant Fluorescents" and so on) to search for product. You can also use the "search" box located in the top of “PRODUCT SEARCH of every page. From a menu or search page result, you can browse through a selection of product. Once you find something you are interested in, click on the product image to view the product page. Each product page has a number of pictures to view and a detailed product description. On most pages you can also use the "Zoom In" button below the main image to view a close-up image. Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart If you like an item and would like to purchase it, click the "Add To Lighting Package" button to place the item in your online shopping cart. If you do not see an "Add To Lighting Package" button it may mean the item is in limited availability or must be special ordered. If you have questions about what you're seeing on a product page just give us a call at 1-215-512-7000. Our sales team is here for you 5 days a week from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Eastern Time. Your online shopping cart saves the items you've chosen for possible purchase. After putting items into your cart you can continue browsing the envoylighting.com online store. Choose the "View Cart" button located at the top of the page in the upper left hand corner at any point to review your cart's contents, change item quantities, remove items, or begin the check out process. Completing Your Online Order From the "View Cart" page, click on "Proceed To Checkout" to finalize the purchase of your shopping cart. You'll be asked to provide billing and shipping information, select a payment method, and provide all contact information. Please note that we require a minimum order of $10 on our site. The vast majority of our items are more than $10 so this usually isn't a problem, but for smaller items we need a minimum dollar amount in order to meet minimum shipping and handling charges. Once you have submitted your order it will be processed in a matter of seconds. You'll see an "Order Confirmation" page which you can print and keep for your records. You will also be e-mailed a copy of your order invoice, which you should retain for future reference should you have a question about your order. We will also send you an e-mail to let you know when your order ships. International Orders Please note that we do not ship out of the continental United States. Have Questions or Feedback? Returns of Online Purchases You may return any online purchase to us within 30 days of receiving it. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. All shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. For freight returns a $50 pick-up fee will be deducted from your return once the credit is processed. To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call us first at 1-215-512-7000. A customer service associate will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. *Please note that returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization on the pre-printed return address form included with your boxed order. Complete the returns form, then pack it with your order and affix the address label to the outside of the box. Send your return via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS and obtain a tracking number. Respond to the order return request e-mail with the shipment date and tracking number. If possible, also include a copy of your e-mailed invoice in your return box. Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment used for the purchase. All shipping charges on purchases and returns are non refundable. All merchandise must be in the original packaging. Please note that installed products with cut wires will be subject to a $50 fee. If you have misplaced the Returns form included with your order, you may print one from our PDF Form. This file requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Broken Bulb Policy On fixtures that include lamps or state "Lamp Included in the description, Envoy Lighting will not be responsible for defective or damaged lamps that arrive broken from shipping. If we include the lamps or bulbs they are free with the fixture and are non replaceable. For bulbs that are purchased and arrive broken the customer must contact shipping company and file a claim, Envoy Lighting reserves the right to replace or credit the customer. Basic Delivery Information We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Most orders will ship within 48 hours using our standard ground delivery. Shipping will be automatically calculated and applied to your order during your checkout process. UPS Red, Blue and Orange are available for an additional charge and must be requested in writing when placing your order. Shipping calculations are for the US Contiguous States only. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship or bill orders outside of the United States or accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. Shipping charges on our website apply only to UPS shipments. If your items are shipped by common carrier due to the quantity and/or weight of the products, there will be an additional shipping charge that will be applied to your total bill after your product has shipped. Items that are usually shipped by carrier are Fluorescent Lighting, HID/Outdoor Lighting, and High Bay Lighting. For an estimated shipping charge contact our office prior to placing your order. After credit approval and shipment, delivery can take up to 7 business days depending on destination. Out of Stock Items While we make every effort to keep all products in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an e-mail update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped. Shipping and Processing Charges - Basic Ground We ship via UPS and common ground carriers. Shipping and processing charges for all items are 12.5% of your total purchase before any applicable sales taxes. Bulk Freight Delivery Some heavy items or large orders will be shipped by a common freight carrier. Common carriers are a dependable and economical way to deliver your bulk purchase to your destination as soon as possible. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, daytime hours only. A freight company representative will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment. Extra charges may apply to remote areas and for complicated deliveries. Overnight or 2nd, 3rd Day Express Delivery Express delivery is available on some orders for an additional charge. Sales Tax Sales Tax charges will be applied to orders billed and shipped to customers located in the state of Pennsylvania. All other orders are tax exempt and it is the customers obligation to file sales tax. Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our server. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All our transactions are processed through Authorize.net. Privacy Policy Envoy Lighting, Inc. will not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to: a.) Take and fulfill customer orders b.) Administer and enhance the site and service c.) Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes. The obligation of Envoy Lighting, Inc. under this warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement without charge, at the sole option of Envoy Lighting, Inc. of defective products at Envoy Lighting, Inc. factory within a period of five years from the date of shipment of products and one year warranty on lamps and 3 years for ballast and only after Envoy Lighting, Inc. has issued a Return Materials Authorization to customer for the products. This warranty does not apply to Envoy Lighting, Inc. products which have been altered or repaired outside of Envoy Lighting, Inc. factory or which have been subjected to neglect, abuse, misuse or accident (including shipping damages). THIS WARRANTY ALSO DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS NOT MANUFACTURED BY Envoy Lighting, Inc. WHICH HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH Envoy Lighting, Inc. PRODUCTS. Envoy Lighting, Inc.’s warranty does not apply to any items nor does it apply to any other component part or accessory manufactured by another manufacturer. Any warranty regarding such components is made by the manufacturer of the components, and customer shall direct all claims to the component manufacturer. Limitations of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL Envoy Lighting, Inc. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR IN TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) NOR FOR LOST PROFITS; NOR SHALL THE LIABILITY OF Envoy Lighting, Inc. FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, USE, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCTS, OR SUPPLY OF ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS THEREFOR, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO ANY LIABILITY FOR DEFAULT UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS, PARTS, OR SERVICES DELIVERED HEREUNDER WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, FAILURE OF OR DELAY IN DELIVERY, OR OTHERWISE.
